Many trolled the presenter with hateful commentary, labelling her a ‘narcissist’ and ‘ring leader of online bullying’ in defense of Hockley.
It comes after Chatfield lashed out at Hockley for refusing to speak up when Kyle Sandilands ‘slut-shamed’ her on live radio during an interview with American rapper Yung Gravy back in November.
Hockley, who co-hosts the progressive, female-led podcast Life Uncut, assured her fans she had never meant to ‘make anyone feel shameful’ about enjoying sex.
However, Chatfield said the apology was insufficient and only demonstrated Hockley’s ‘internalised misogyny.’
Beyond the Valley posted to Instagram to inform their fans of Abbie’s difficult decision
