Biker, 36, denies causing death by dangerous riding after boy's death
20.02.2023A motorcyclist who ploughed into a schoolboy denied causing his death by driving dangerously today.
Dariusz Adamusiak, 36, was riding his black Yamaha motorcycle when he hit Qusai Alomar, 12, on Harrow Road, Sudbury, northwest , on September 16 2021.
Qusai, who lived in the local area, died in hospital three days later.
Police were called just after 5pm to reports of a collision involving a motorcyclist and a pedestrian.

Judge John Hillen said he was unable to set a trial date as he did not know whether the case will remain at the Old Bailey, pictured, or get moved to a different court
Officers and paramedics attended the scene and the 12-year-old was taken to hospital where he died 19 September 19.
Adamusiak was allegedly riding his bike above the speed limit at the time of the collision.
He appeared at the Old Bailey speaking to confirm his identity and deny causing death by dangerous driving.
Members of the boy’s family attended court via video-link to hear him plead not guilty.
Judge John Hillen was unable to set a trial date because it is not known whether the case will remain at the Old Bailey or be moved to another court.
