Summer as well as Home Fitness

Summer time is finally here and it’s time to begin doing new type of physical fitness program. In case you are like me living in the Northern US being stuck inside all winter is zero fun. During the summer I can really start doing home fitness rather than visiting the gym.

Gym Difficult in Summertime

I have found throughout the years it’s easier to drop by gym in the winter months, but in the summer months it’s hard. The summer time I have yard work, flower garden as well as vegetable garden to keep me occupied. Unfortunately this affects my fitness routine of exploring gym 4 or perhaps 5 times a week.

Year which is last that I started my very own personal home workout program. I found I like my summer home workout better than going to the gym.
