What’s a Breakthrough With Food and Weight Anyway?

This particular question came up just recently as I was talking with a new client.

Breakthroughs with food plus weight aren’t hype and I will tell you why. If you’re struggling or perhaps yo yo dieting or maybe feeling hopeless about the weight of yours, a breakthrough is what you need. Anything less than a breakthrough is apt to involve you working up motivation to do more of what you have been performing.
