Almond Milk for Weightloss?

Is almond milk far better than regular milk for weightloss? Well really there is nothing incorrect with regular milk, but if you are to to look at almond milk rather than regular milk you can save yourself about 100 calories every single day per glass of milk, and when thinking about a weightloss diet I always attempt to keep as most of the favorite foods of mine as possible, the fastest way to stop working at any diet plan is to not enjoy it.
