Ear Cleaning Tips

Tip #1: In case you already use Q-Tips, then be sure to hold the Q-Tip 1 inch from the cotton tip that you’re inserting into the ear of yours. This will ensure that you never make accidental contact with your ear drum, that can result in damage. The wax glands that produce the earwax are close to the outer edge of the canal, for this reason this depth should be sufficient and safe. While enjoying a warm bath, take out the handheld part of your showerhead and irrigate each ear for 1 2 minutes, 1-2 days a week. The warm water will liquefy the wax and expel every other unnecessary debris from your ears. Handheld shower heads can be found at most retail or perhaps home improvement stores.

Tip #3: Use hydrogen peroxide or pure virgin organic olive oil to first loosen large amounts of old wax from your canal.
