Good Breakfast Smoothie Recipes
27.02.2023We consume breakfast smoothies throughout the year around. Quite possibly if you do not have frozen fruit you can still generate healthy smoothies for breakfast or maybe any other time of day.
Breakfast smoothies are a wonderful way to begin the day time however I find that if they are a fresh fruit smoothie, I’m hungry within an hour, thus I love to then add protein to my breakfast smoothies. With a few tweaks to the average smoothie, you can have a hearty and healthy breakfast in minutes.
A note about protein. It is ideal to start the day with a healthy protein. I typically have 2 eggs that are organic along with a breakfast smoothie. People generally underestimate just how much protein they truly need to maintain the energy of theirs and well being.
